Director
Mark started his engineering career with the Central Electricity Generating
Board in 1976. Qualified in 1981, CEGB trained engineer, Member of the Institution
of Electronics and Electrical Incorporated Engineers. Mark left the CEGB in
1989 to become one of the founder members of Powermann Limited in May 1990.
Over the first 10 years as Engineering Director he has taken the business from
a small team of maintenance engineers to a successful established contracting
company employing 50+ employees working throughout the UK and overseas. 2
Mike Pascall
Commercial Director
A founder member of Powermann Limited, in May 1990 with Mark Blaver-Mann,
he has a background in finance and engineering. Mike has been responsible
for
managing engineering companies, to exacting aviation standards, throughout
the world. It was the recognition of the similarities between the newly
privatised power industry and the airlines, with their requirement for
safety, quality
and fast turn around times, that prompted the formation of Powermann. 3
Roger Deas
Finance Advisor
Previously the Group Financial Director for Currys Limited and a former
partner of the Chatered Accountancts Coopers and Lybrand, Roger joined
Powermann in January 2004 as Financial Advisor, bringing with him a wealth
of knowledge and experience.

Nigel Ritchie-Lilley
MIIE
Engineering Manager
A qualified distribution engineer of over 20 years experience with senior management
expertise within the contracting world. Starting as an apprentice fitter with
Eastern Electricity he has progressed through the engineer ranks and was senior
authorised at 33kV and authorised at 132kV. He then became a senior manager
at Eastern Electricity, in charge of 132/33kV asset management before moving
into the contracting world with McNicholas Plc, McNicholas Construction Ltd
and joined Powermann Limited in December 2004. 5
David Reynolds
MILT, DipEM, IEMA
Quality, Environmental and Safety Manager
With 30 years experience of quality, environmental and safety management within
the IT, logistics, engineering, production, sales and customer service industries,
David joined Powermann in 2002 bringing with him a working knowledge of quality,
environmental and process management systems. He holds a Certificate of Professional
Competence in Business and Transport Management, a Diploma in Environmental
Safety Management and Risk Assessment and is a Member of the IEMA. 6

Powermann is a UK based company supplying services to power generators transmission

Engineering and fitting staff
Should have experience of power networks and have been authorised to work in
high voltage sub stations. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative
and be prepared to travel throughout the UK, sometimes at short notice.
